Refunds & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with dxebikes. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To start a return, please email us at dxebikes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

In the original packaging where possible
Please note:

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us immediately at dxebikes@gmail.com with your order number and photos if possible.
We’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement, repair, or full refund as required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalised items

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

Digital downloads once access or download has begun

Items sealed for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g. cosmetics, earrings)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.
